These Terms and Conditions govern our wedding text message program and your use of this website. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts from us, you accept the messaging terms below.

Who sends the messages

Mason Stallmo and Alexandria Hartsworm (“we,” “us,” or “our”), for our wedding on October 10, 2026 at The Astor Club in Chicago, Illinois. Messages are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio.

What the program does

This is a one-way informational message program for invited wedding guests. We send text messages containing wedding information only, such as:

• RSVP reminders and confirmations
• Schedule details for the welcome party, ceremony, and reception
• Day-of logistics, timing changes, and weather or venue updates

We do not send advertising, marketing, or promotional messages of any kind, and we never send messages on behalf of anyone else.

How you are enrolled

You receive these messages only if you signed up at thestallmos.com/updates, where you entered your mobile number and checked a box reading, in full:

I agree to receive recurring text messages from the Hartsworm-Stallmo Wedding about wedding schedule, venue, and logistics updates. Consent is not a condition of attendance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

That box is unchecked when the page loads and is never checked for you. It is the only way to join the program: we do not enroll anyone who has not completed that form, we do not add numbers on someone else’s behalf, and we do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties.

Consent is voluntary

Consent is not a condition of attendance. Agreeing to receive these messages is not required to attend our wedding, to RSVP, to use this website, or for anything else. There is no account to create and nothing to buy. The signup form does nothing except add your number to the text list, and every detail we send is also published on this site, so declining costs you no information.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Most guests can expect a small number of messages per month, increasing in the weeks immediately before the wedding and on the wedding weekend itself.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you receive under your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure about your rates.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation message, and then no further messages. You may also email us at masonstallmo@hey.com to be removed.

Opting out will not affect your invitation, your RSVP, or anything else about your attendance. We will simply reach you another way.

If you opt out and later change your mind, reply START or contact us and we will add you back.

Replies

Because this is a one-way notification program, we do not monitor incoming replies other than the STOP, START, and HELP keywords. If you have a question for us, please email masonstallmo@hey.com rather than replying to a text.

Delivery and carriers

Message delivery is subject to the availability of your mobile carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile carriers or devices may be supported.

Your privacy

Information collected through this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
